I have known Amanda since high school and I was happy to hear from her when she contacted me about photographing her wedding!!

Amanda and Mike met while tailgating at a country concert that neither one of them planned on going to. He asked her what her name was and she then asked if he would like a drink. He left for the army shortly after meeting and they continued to really get to know each other by writing letters to one another. After he got stationed in Colorado, Amanda went to visit him and they got married! On one of his visits home, he did a formal proposal next to a fire while they were with friends and family. In October, they will finally get to celebrate their marriage with their daughter Madison, friends and family!
